PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR LEGAL COUNSEL USD 315 COLBY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Unified School District No. 315 Colby Public Schools, Colby, Kansas, is seeking legal counsel commencing July 1, 2025. Questions may be directed to Superintendent Katina Brenn via email at kbrenn@colbyeagles.org or by calling 785-460-5000. Letters of interest should be sent to Superintendent Brenn’s attention at 600 West Third Street, Colby, KS 67701 by January 15, 2025.
Request for Proposals – Reroofing of Middle School Entryway & Wrestling Room
Notice is hereby given that Unified School District No. 315 Colby Public Schools, Colby, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as Owner, will receive sealed proposals for a reroofing project of their Middle School Entryway & Wrestling Room in accordance with specifications available from Owner. Owner would prefer proposals to list the cost breakdown for the Middle School Entryway and Wrestling Room separately.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Owner at the office of Katina Brenn, Superintendent, USD 315 Colby Public Schools, 600 W Third St, Colby, KS 67701 until 10:00 am Central Daylight Time on November 1, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded. Please mark envelope “Sealed Bid”.
Bid specifications are available at USD 315 Colby Public Schools, 600 W Third St, Colby, KS 67701 or by telephoning (785) 460-5000. Each bidder must submit a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Draft payable to USD 315, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their base proposal.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Statutory Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract as awarded.
The Owner reserved the right to reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given that Unified School District No. 315 Colby Public Schools, Colby,
Kansas, is accepting sealed bids for a 4-door sedan.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the office of Board Clerk Amanda Carney, USD 315 Colby Public Schools, 600 W Third St, Colby, KS 67701. At that time, bids will be opened and recorded. Please clearly mark your envelope “Sealed Bid”.
