Notice is hereby given that the Unified School District No. 315 Colby Public Schools, Colby Kansas, is seeking proposals from organizations, vendors, or outside entities that are willing to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concession stand operation, including inventory, workers, menu, etc. with the ability to be flexible when events are postponed or rescheduled. Selected individual or group will be in charge of all events with the exception of football (Booster Club hosts). Any current vendor contracts with the high school or district will be required to be followed by an outside entity. As part of the proposal please address the following areas:
Staffing level and supervision of each concession stand
How will multiple events/concessions be staffed/supervised
Concession stand menu
Funds/percentage provided back to district
Opportunities for student organization fundraisers

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
