Here's the Paperwork!

As with any organization, forms seem to be a way of life. The Colby Public School District, unfortunately, is no different. In an effort to help you with the availability of the forms you need, we will be posting relevant forms to this site. Most generally, forms will be in the Adobe Acrobat Reader format (.pdf). This is a free application that can be downloaded from the Adobe web site for virtually every operating system. Simply go to the Adobe web site (see below) and click on the "Get Adobe Reader" button. All district forms will not immediately be available but we will be working to get as many as possible on the site.
