District Projects Currently Accepting Bids

The USD 315 Board of Education is requesting sealed bids on a new or used 10-passenger type van(s).  We are requesting bids on one vehicle AND pricing if we were to purchase two vehicles.  Bids are due in our office by noon on Tuesday, June 18, 2019.  Any bids received after that time will be returned, unopened, to the bidder.

Please return the attached bid specification sheets in an envelope, clearly marked Sealed Bid to:

If you prefer, you may fax your bid to the clerk’s attention (Sealed Bid marked on the cover sheet) at 785-460-5050 or email Janel Andrews.   The bid opening will be at noon on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the address listed above.  All bid prices must be valid for thirty (30) days.  The Board will consider the submitted bids at the June 24, 2019 regular board meeting.

Special care should be taken in computing bids.  Be sure to state any deviation from specifications on the bid sheet.  The final net bid price listed on the specifications will be the total amount the Board of Education will pay for the unit(s) bid.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
